Tea Info

The 2nd most consumed beverage in the world, tea has been consumed in various forms by some cultures for hundreds, even thousands, of years! In fact, historical records date tea drinking back to the Shang Dynasty (1500 BC-1046 BC) in the Yunnan province of China. Though recent physical evidence suggests the Chinese may have been consuming tea as early as the 10th century BC.

There are several different types of tea, including Green, Black, White, Oolong, Pu'erh and Floral/Herbal/Fruit teas. We'll outline for you the history of tea, how these different types of tea are made, how to brew, health benefits and more.
