Detox tea packages are shipped from our Utah warehouse and will take approximately 4-7 business days for U.S. orders, and 5-10 business days for International orders.

Once your PureTea order has been shipped, we'll send you an email with your tracking number. The email will contain a link to your order status page, which will show all your order details along with the tracking number.
Carriers and parcel companies around the world will have different policies around failed deliveries. In many cases, the carrier will attempt redelivery of the item 1 or more times, and will typically leave you a failed delivery notice that will provide details on where/when you can pick up your order from their holding center.
If you would like to cancel your order, please notify us right away. If your order has not yet been processed we can definitely cancel your order. If your order has been processed but not yet shipped, we can most likely cancel it, however in some cases it may be too late. If this is the case, you will need to return the product(s) once received - then when your returned item(s) reach our warehouse we will promptly issue a refund.
