What is a detox and why tea?

What is a detox and why tea?

What is a detox?

Detoxification (detox for short) is a process by which you attempt to flush toxins and chemicals from your system and improve your body's natural abilities to heal.

Ok, but why tea?

It's easy. Lots of people love tea and are already drinking it on a daily basis. Even if you don't drink tea regularly or have never tried it before, drinking a cup of tea is one of the easiest things you can do to improve your health.

It's natural. Our 14 day detox and green tea cleanse (coming soon!) is made with only the highest quality, organic, natural ingredients. There are no added sugars and nothing artificial.

It's effective. Cultures in various parts of the world have been drinking tea for centuries to help ward off disease and many of the ingredients are used regularly as safe alternatives to traditional medicines.

It's healthy. Sencha (Japanese green tea), which is one of the primary ingredients in our detox blend, is loaded with antioxidants and nutrients that have been shown to improve brain function¹, increase fat loss², reduce cancer risks³ and much more.

It's tasty. The PureTea detox blend includes just the right mix of ingredients to be effective but also very tasty. Each aromatic sip reveals a clean, earthy taste with fruity undertones and hints of lemon and cinnamon. We think you'll enjoy it just as much as we do!

But why? Why do so many people seem to fear carbohydrates? Is there any basis for these concerns? I believe the answer is No. but Yes. Let me explain by first talking about what carbohydrates are.
